Happy winter solstice!

Another year is about to end and following tradition, it is time to have Tang Yuen again! 

Tang Yuen is boiled mochi (with or without filling in them) served in a sweet and gingery soup. 

My late grandmother used to tell me that if I eat Tang Yuen that means I'm a year older. I haven't had it for 4 years ...does that make me 4 years younger? o3o
